Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Accepted within 7 days of delivery for all purchases.
  • Applies to faulty products, mistakenly received items, and general dissatisfaction.
  • Products must be unused and in good condition.

Process:

  1. Contact customer service via phone or email during working hours.
  2. Explain the reason for return/exchange.
  3. Altoqa arranges courier pickup.

Refunds:

  • Issued to original payment method (card or bank account).
  • Processing time: 7-14 working days.

Return Fees:

  • Shipping fees for dissatisfaction returns.
  • Coupon applied to refund, excludes shipping fees.

Additional Notes:

  • Damaged or used items are ineligible for return/exchange.
  • Fees may apply for other return/exchange reasons.
