Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
- Accepted within 14 days of delivery for all purchases.
- Applies to faulty products, mistakenly received items, and general dissatisfaction.
- Products must be unused and in good condition.
Process:
- Contact customer service via phone or email during working hours.
- Explain the reason for return/exchange.
- Altoqa customer service will provide guidance throughout the process .
Refunds:
- Issued to original payment method (card or bank account).
- Processing time: 7-14 working days.
Return Fees:
- Shipping fees for dissatisfaction returns.
- Coupon applied to refund, excludes shipping fees.
Additional Notes:
- Damaged or used items are ineligible for return/exchange.
- Fees may apply for other return/exchange reasons.
