When you select your size and Height, we will tailor the garment according to standard sizes. If you prefer a perfectly customized fit, you can opt for our bespoke tailoring service. We will then create the garment based on your exact measurements for an optimal fit.
Returns and Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Washing:
- Machine Wash: Use a gentle cycle with cold water (30°C/86°F).
- Hand Wash:Â For best results, hand wash in cool water with mild detergent.
- Separate Colors:Â Wash dark and light colors separately to prevent color transfer.
- Detergent:Â Use a mild detergent without bleach to maintain fabric integrity.
Drying:
- Air Dry:Â Hang or lay flat to dry in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
- Tumble Dry:Â If using a dryer, select a low heat setting to avoid shrinkage and maintain softness.
- Avoid Overdrying:Â Remove from the dryer while still slightly damp to reduce wrinkles.
Ironing:
- Iron While Damp:Â For best results, iron your qamis while it's still slightly damp.
- Temperature Setting:Â Use a medium heat setting for cotton and linen fabrics.
